HEALTH CARE, Reform
Question: The new health care law allows states to expand health insurance programs like Medi-Cal so they provide health coverage to more low-income uninsured adults. The federal government will initially pay the entire cost of this expansion for 3 years, and after that they will pay for 90% of the costs with the state government paying the difference. Generally speaking, do you favor or oppose California expanding its Medi-Cal program in this way?
